Education and character are very important if you want to make it to a good job. Good colleges will be looking for someone who is smart and is has a very good character. They look for this because you will be representing their school they don't want people to see really smart people without character or people with character but no intelligence. People with character and intelligence will strike good appearances with people they meet. This is very important when looking for a job because they want lively people working. Usually because they will only bring positivity and will make others want to work just as hard. So they can be a good influence in the office or wherever they go. People who lack on either will usually not be good to have around. For instance smart but no character will bring down the mopod which will make everyone work slower. Character but no intelligence will make the person struggle with his work. That will mean other people will have to struggle as well and that's no good for business.
