This is 100% percent true because of the guilt of not doing right next to someone who did  right for you. You have to be pretty cruel to not help someone who went out of there way to provide for your need. Lucky that doesn't happen a lot. This is what usually happens, let's say a man's car has stop in the middle of the street and he is by himself. He trying to get it to the side but it is too difficult so you get out and help. He will be ever so grateful towards you that he will not forget this anytime soon. So one day your car breaks down and you're by yourself and he shows up. He will remember the desperation he went through and how you  put a stop to it. He will get out of his car without a second thought and he will help you just like you did. That is just one way right returns profit after investment.
