Saying no is very important because in life we need to know when to say no. say you're at a party and your friends start getting high and you uncomfortable with this. They might try to get you high so you can relax so you need to be able to say no and leave. When you do wrong facing the truth will make you a better person. You will learn from your mistake and people will think highly of you. They will know what kind of person you are and how they can trust you. Plus doing the right will always get you good things in life. Good things such as integrity.
